Howlin’ Lord
June 12, 2015 @ 9:00 pm
Free Fringe Event
Howlin’ Lord are a Bristol based Country / Americana / Bluegrass. Now on thier second album, produced in their own studio in Bristol’s Old Market Quarter.
Growling Hammond organ, tightly woven, reverb laden guitars and a timelessly solid rythm section accompany songwriter Mark Legassick’s trademark rasp like vocals
At times lively and joyous then dark and brooding much like the preceding album (Gold Fury LPR001) this time with more miles on the clock and a sharpened sense of observation.
Howlin’ Lord’s reputation for exciting, visceral live rock’n’roll continues to grow in ‘Hombre Solaire’ which will be available on May 1st, 2015.
