Lindsay Keir Exhibition – 18th January to 12th February 2016
January 27, 2016 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Lindsay Keir MA(RCA) is a Scottish artist who studied at Glasgow school of Art and the Royal College of Art in London. From her Salisbury studio she specialises in painting with a variety of water based media using, when appropriate, high-lights of gold leaf and metallic inks as decorative elements.
Her chosen imagery is flowers (still life), birds and animals. She transforms everyday familiar objects with a powerful romantic language using strong colour and texture. The richness of her paintings reflect her designer’s eye and the unique observational qualities show a true depth of spirit.
