Scientific research into Meditation has shown that it reduces stress and prompts the body to produce DHEA, a chemical that helps regenerate cells, part of our innate healing system. But what does it involve and how do you do it? This evening’s exploration with Nicola Walker will look at it’s adoption by the western world as a therapeutic intervention.
