Quantum Theory of Light

Local artist Will Reardon is presenting an interactive video installation exploring the scientific meaning of light. Modern physics finds light difficult to define. Depending on how it is observed, light can behave both as particles or waves – and so it is actually something that cannot be fully imagined. The installation will explore the deeper echelons of this theory and examine the notion that our reality changes depending on how it is perceived, inviting visitors to take part and create their own interpretation of the quantum theory of light
