The Return of Two Swindon-built Locomotives to Swindon

Newly arrived King George V and City of Truro now take pride of place on STEAM’s Station Platform
Both locomotives are on loan from the National Railway Museum in York and have arrived in time to mark Swindon’s 175th anniversary as a railway town.
The landmark anniversary will be celebrated in 2016.
King George V and City of Truro are already waiting in their magnificent glory to show themselves off to you – come and see them any day of the week between 10.00 am and 5.00pm
