Songs for the Voiceless

An exciting collaboration between some of the UK’s top Folk artists. BBC Folk Singer of the Year Bella Hardy, Jackie Oates, Katriona Gilmore & Jamie Roberts, Ian Stephenson, Tom Oakes, Michael J Tinker and Matt Downer unite to give a voice to those from the First World War whose stories remain unheard. Son and daughters, fathers and mothers, left behind lovers, soldiers and civilians: they all have a story to tell… a song to be sung. –
